Return policy: Returns will be accepted only after receiving RGA number for Black Creek Products and products are shipped back to Black Creek Products at 3168 Sanderling Court, Middleburg, FL 32068. RGA number can be obtained by calling (904) 291-4520. Once item has been received in undamaged, original condition, and inspected, a refund (minus 10% restocking fee) will be issued to original card used for purchase. Purchaser has seven days from receipt of product to request refund. The item being returned should be shipped back in original package and insured for purchase price. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from the original purchase price. Shipping policy: Items that are not in stock or are custom built will be shipped in 2-3 weeks from the time of order. Shipping will be either through UPS, USPS or Fedex. Shipping costs will be given to customer by Black Creek Products via e-mail, fax or phone conversation when order has been verified. |
